@@Hype_RC No problem. :) The upgraded F15 may have the speed brake removed. At least that's what I heard. I think the 9-bladed motor is actually more efficient according to the bench test. Of coz, I'm no aerodynamic engineer. They may perform differently in the air. So far, there is not much of a difference between them. The 12-bladed does have more thrust at low airspeed.

@enzok64147 ай бұрын
Thanks for watching! The J10 looks beautiful. Only if the foam could be as smooth as some FMS jets. Still a lot of "gator skin". It lands pretty fast with all the ordinances. I've yet to try it without them. Rolls a bit weird, as the real J10 doesn't use canards to roll. When you roll on this model. It's more like a spiral. That being said, I only got 8 flights on it. Will try something else with it later.
@Hype_RC7 ай бұрын
@@enzok6414 Nice assessment of its flight characteristics. Ive been separating the wiring from the blue boxes and it’s helped my experience and abilities greatly. I’m wondering if doing the same on This delta would help. Leaving the canards for pitch and not aileron roll. Or at least being able to have them on an adjustable rate. I guess I’ll wait for someone else to do the leg work before I grab one. Lol
@enzok64147 ай бұрын
@@Hype_RC I did a couple of flights without the fuel tanks and 2 outer missiles. It helped a lot with low-speed handling. Landing is pretty good now. I thought about removing the blue box. But there are so many lights going to it. Also, wing servos are all integrated into a single connector. Which if you want to separate them. You will have to remove the integrated connector, and run a lot of wires. The canards could be easily connected separately to only control the pitch. But I don't think it will have enough roll rate if you don't redo them wires on the wing. So I decided I would deal with the weird roll tendency.
@Hype_RC7 ай бұрын
@@enzok6414 nice! Glad to hear landing is getting better. I think the blue box is their way to help spectrum users stay flying more complicated platforms because spektrum makes using more channels such a huge cost thing and it’s sad. Keep up the great flying and updates!

@enzok64148 ай бұрын
@@Reptielenfreak I removed the old Stock Freewing ESC which came with a external BEC (one of the reasons I removed the stock setup. Coz I'm not a fan of external BEC flopping around on the battery lead). The Avian 130A ESC has a built in BEC. Which you can adjust the BEC voltage from 6V-8.4V. Make sure you set the bec voltage at 6V. All the settings on Avian ESC is done through the Spektrum radio interface. If you don't have a Spektrum radio. You can either buy one of their ESC program box. Or find a alternative ESC from Freewing. To my understanding, The new Freewing ESCs would come with reverse ability. unlike the Avian ESC. The new Freewing ESC would use an extra signal lead to operate the reverse. that means an extra channel you will need. Search this "Freewing 120A ESC with 8A BEC with Reverse Thrust Function".

@@michelpetrus The Ta152 from freewing handles nicely, both on the ground and in the air, way better than the HK bf109. HK bf109 has a weird tendency to nose dive when you use the rudder, makes it hard to handle on the ground. had to dial in a rudder to elevator mix for it. This FW190 handles great in the air, however, you do need some experience on take off and landing.
