Yes, they can. I found them working nicely with the current state. So I leave them like that.

It actually gives this really cool “worn” vibe like it’s been running so long that it needs its tracks tightened from carrying its heavy weight for so long. And that goes great with its fantastic paint/ weathered job. Love it all
