Hi incredibly I didn't finish a foundation in 2024 and I always finish one, but I am so close on the Ilia tinted serum I wore so much in the warmer months. I will be done in a few uses as it's so minimal left. I don't do a classic project ten pan but do have focus products in prompt based projects. Best wishes x

I am so excited for project panning this year, and watching everyone's intros makes me so motivated to start 😊 Been resetting all of my projects in my panning notebook now, but still try to wait until the dates I picked out for update dates. So the 5th marks the beginning of whole collection roulette and my monthly lip roulette and I love my randomizing day 💄 This project always keeps me on my toes when it comes to rolling things I probably wouldn't in any other project, so it's very good for that, but I try to keep my numbers to only five items for each project (except rolling project 10 pan). That way I don't get so overwhelmed, but still get to rotate around my collection 💖

The contour shade will be nice this winter.

That first lipstick can also be a blush. Also I just tape over samples, so I can wear more than once to see if I like them. I find tour channel inspiring.

The contour shade might work as a crease shade for eye looks, with a sparkling shade across the lid and a colorful eyeliner.

I want so badly to be a project panner. I joined my first project at the end of 2023 and then joined 3 or 4 in 2024 and I failed all of them. I need to be better about using my collection but so far, I haven't found anything that works in helping motivate me. Good luck with your projects this year.

I’m glad I’m not the only one panning the blush party. I’m almost done with it though, and just a heads up the embossing (in mine at least) never goes away. I have giant pan and it’s still there on the edges!

I’ve been using the contour shade in my Cali palette on a daily basis. I’ve used it 118 times to date. No sign of pan. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Your hairs looking lovely today with the curls 🤩 interestingly I’ve just had a similar issue with an ABH concealer I had removed the stopper to finish but had to stop slightly short as it had seemed to get darker - I was thinking I had just got particularly pale during winter ❄️ I bet it had oxidised those due to the air, just hadn’t thought of that until you said! I am actually now using the Kosas concealer and preferring its lighter consistency 😊

Hello, I am planning to pan a lot of ColourPop products 😅😅, But I am starting with a full liquid lipstick which I don't think is the best way to start the year 😅😅. I do wish you a good 2025 year on your planning and personal life as well. I will be seeing your videos 😊😊.

Regarding the Colourpop palettes, I find it super easy to take out the ones I want to keep and customise them into the palette I love the look of. Recommend doing that if there's some shades in for example the Dream St that are still good and you want to keep, alongside some of the other shades and palettes you're thinking about. I'm currently using my old Zodiac palette to make my own BYOP Colourpop palette full of old shades I still love and are not ready to let go of (a lot of my Dream St still lives on). Even started frankening some of them together to create new fun shades for myself 😊

Amazing job, Emily! It's so cool when we end up surprising ourselves with our resolve like that! My thoughts on passing on a 2019 palette: I wouldn't try to sell something that old, but I think it's totally to pass it on to someone else who's interested, provided that they're aware of its age. The risk level is extremely low for powders, as far as I understand it. (If anything, you could give it a spritz with alcohol to sanitize before passing it on.)

I'm still happily working on some palettes from 2020. I'm starting to notice a decrease in quality, but some of them I love so much it's hard to let go.

I have a small collection with a total of 140 pans amongst my 13 palettes and 18 singles. The oldest palettes in my collection are from 2019 and I am panning them. I do a No Pan left behind and have usage goals on individual pans. it’s good to know that I am getting use in everything that is loved. I don’t bring in anything that is a dupe for what I already have. Last year I bought the Viseart Praline quad when ND launched the Golden and the I Need a Warm palettes. I now have a matte and 3 shimmers to play with to scratch that itch instead of 2 15 pan palettes. I can dupe the new ND Eye Sculpt quad with shades in my Viseart Neutral Mattes palette. The pans are magnetic so I can put them in a smaller magnetic palette if I want to. I do have 8 eyeliners that I rotate through easily as I love the Victoria Beckham Satin kajal liners as the basis of a look. I also have a variety of Bobbi Brown cream shadow sticks, included in my 140 total which offers variety to my eyelooks. I purchased 2 larger palettes, 2 quads and 2 singles in 2024. I decluttered 2 palettes to my nieces. I may not purchase any eye products this year as my collection appears complete and the focus this year is on usage goals. I’m excited to see what looks I can accomplish with what I have.

I love busting out my cooler toned eyeshadow palettes during the winter. I'm also a seasonal makeup wearer. So BH cosmetics blueberry muffin and ABH sultry are in my bathroom so I can use them this season. I definitely want to try fantasy cosmetica this year. Their palettes look so beautiful.

You did so well. Toss the lilac palette and honestly work on loving the ones in the maybe pile since I know you rules for decluttering.

You did great! Fun video. I enjoy listening to your thought process on the declutter. I have some palettes that I can't seem to create a complete look with. But I like a handful of the shades. So I don't want to declutter. What I did for those was go through and figure out if the shades I like can be used for a one and done look. Or if I have a companion palette that I can pair with it that has the extra shades I need. That may help you now that you're back to the office if you're getting ready in a hurry.
