I use rubbing alcohol to remove that rubberized coating from my packaging. The higher the concentration, the less scrubbing you'll have to do. I'm assuming you can also use acetone (if you have a high concentration nail polish remover) since, for this purpose, it's just like alcohol (but stronger) but I have never tried it.

wow! You're doing great. I finally decluttered my blush collection. It was hard. I had given them all plenty of chances, and I just had too many shades for my fantasy self lol. Don't worry I still have plenty left but They are the ones that I had been reaching for everyday. I am feeling so happy to have simplified things for myself. Reminder to self Back on a blush no buy! 😅
