I have a question. I have 6 humming bird feeders with sugar water in them but the humming birds can't get to 4 of them because they are covered with bees. This has never happened before. How can't I catch these bee and make a hive, or can I ?

You can't catch them that way. You must use a trap. Have to catch the queen to start a new hive

Thanks. Got my worm factory several years ago then emptied it and set it aside. Got it back out this week to restart it and needed a refresher course on its use since I misplaced the instruction booklet.

Lot of bees are out forging why would you take them on the daylight . You have to wait till night time .

Catching in buckets is great because it's cheap, but know that larger swarms thrown at the start of the swarm season will pass on all those buckets. These big swarms can easily fill a 10 frame langstroth hive, which volume wise is a little over 11 gallons.

No. They moved into all colors. The only issue is in my climate, the darker the bucket. The hotter it gets during summer.

The frame you are tasting the honey from has a queen on it. She is marked and walking up the top bar of the frame just after you say let's taste it. I'm also in Oklahoma but I'm stuck in OKC. I can only wish I lived out in the woods. I grew up in southeastern OK around Eufaula. I sure do miss it. Thanks for sharing your videos.

I just bought my 360. First time worm farming. If I make two layers with the 360 as you did to start, when and why will the worms start to migrate up to the second layer if I consistently feed them on the first layer?

When you flip the bottom one to the top to allow the castings to dry and start feeding again on the new bottom one. They migrate to where the food is.
