Great video and info, but I’ve got to disagree with the flavor. Tastes like hot tree bark. All heat, no other real defined flavor. Even after adding a bit of Meat Church Texas Sugar and a bit of kosher salt, it still isn’t what I was hoping for. 🤷🏻♂️

I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on other recipes/brands and how they compare to your experiences with traditional Nashville hot sauce. Thanks again for the video and the comment.

can you use either side of the stone on the Pi? My one side got completely charred the first time I used it because flour got on their and burned.

Yes both sides work. A slotted peel could help with the excess flour. Or like me I rub a wood peel with flour pretty hard and tap off excess and then I toss my dough to get excess off before putting on peel. Good luck.

Had my left done 10 years ago at 60. The first few days were horrendous. Pain Pain Pain. But eventually after exercises (more pain) and time it felt so much better than before. Always tender soft tissue around my knee even now. The right one is playing up now 😟

All in all things went well. The worst part is the pain and trying to get some sleep. Having some support really helps. The first 2 weeks are rough (at least for me). I wish that all goes well for you.

Was told it's designed to stay on there for a while and could shower with it on. Was told to leave it on till next Dr visit unless there was sign of infection, fluids coming out or simply getting wet. Was changed out 1 day early due to bandage opened up while in shower.

It’s a surgical bandage. It’s kept on until the surgeon sees the patient back in 2 weeks. Only removed if obvious signs of bleeding or infection
