Afternoon Dawn, its Debbie Debeaux again. Just finished the elliptical and i want to thank you for the company via Android. I love what you were saying about eating better and just being better to yourself all over. Were twinning with a lot of things. I do the Matcha, but its a bit bitter to me so i wisk it with my mushroom coffee and its so much easier to take and the energy it gives me is awesome. As for chia seeds i have been soaking them in 8 oz of water and then i add it to my smoothies. The chia and flax fill me up so much that I sometimes forget to eat...but missing a few meals is NOT hurting me.

Hey Dawn, this is Debbie Debeaux again 😅, getting caught up on your videos. Loved the pretty scarves you're going to be using. We all use them, so may as well make it pretty. I can't wait to see your #3 goal the fluffy hair. Are we talking Charlie's Angels or Tracy Ellis Ross fluffy only? I have set hair goals for 2025 after another setback in 2024. My first goal is to incorporate more hair and body healthy foods is, greens, sweet potatoes, water etc (and hopefully lose some weight while doing it), #2 Summertime protective hairstyles. I got braids for the first time in my life and I enjoyed it! Third, I found a haircare line that is definitely helping and all the products are pH balanced. Finally I got my hands on Olaplex 1 & 2 and it has definitely helped the breakage slow way down. I've only used the 1 & 2 once which was 1 week post relaxed. Today ( wash day) I'm using #3 followed by the Affirm moisturizing shampoo and deep conditioner. Fingers and legs crossed for all of us to have the best, healthy relaxed hair and healthy minds and bodies ever. I'm now on to your next video while I Olaplex #3 here on this elliptical machine😂

Darkskn BM are the biggest puppet masters in the dating game- some how they manged to convice womn that they are victims and the Kangz at the same time😅😅. The whole thing is hilarious, darkskn BW chase darkskn BM while darkskn BM chase lighter and now whiter womn😅😅. Meanwhile they convinced BW that lightskn BM are feminine soft etc, even having BW repeating the same very words and they bash BW that date out , calling them bed wentchs. Its just one big circus thats clearly impacted the marriage rate, out of wedlock birth rate, and S TD rate in the blk community. I tell you, no other group is to blame for this and others, especially lightskn BM should stay away from this, and don't take sides, just date womn who are attracted to you no matter the race or skn color

I few years ago I was asked if my hair was real. 😞 I guess black women cannot grow long hair. I guess its difficult to tell if its a weave these days. But why does one have to tell or know? And a STANK attitude makes it even worse. Females like this dress for other females, not men. These females don't listen to men, or what they want. And that's why men don't choose them for committed relationships.

Happy Sunday Dolce ! ❤ Colorism/Shadeism has existed for a long as I can remember, especially in the Afro community. Back in the day there were few "darker" role models. I remember my mother talking about Helen Williams who back in the 50', 60s was the first woman of color to cross over into mainstream advertising. It is no surprise that America back then considered her too dark, but she found her success in Paris, France, later in New York. She opened the doors for the Naomi Sims, Beverly Johnson's, who broke down the barriers proving that "black" is beautiful in all shades.

Hey Dolce, I feel you on just wanting to wash your hair. Update with me is that I coloured my storm highlight hair with blue black which leaves a green tint to the hair so I decided to use Chocolate brown instead which made the green tint a nice plum colour but honestly I feel like I should just leave the colour alone and embrace my storm highlights (well it's more like white hair like a halo) and the rest is storm highlights. Due to having such a young looking face ( turning 50 this year🎉) I feel I can pull it off. Also, being consistent with the products which has worked well for me.

Ps..Tracy has hair line that has a clarifying shampoo..once I am done with my small bottle of keracare 1st lather I may give hers a try!

Here with u until u decide u don't want to be in these youtube hair streets 🥰 my main hair issues length and combating thinness in crown and front middle of scalp..also i use regular clairol color..have way more grey than u so tried the one for grey specifically..found it to be drying 😕 since my grey comes quick around edges and roots I color with the regular monthly followed by a deep conditioner for 15 mins❤
