Hello Dolce ! 👋🏽I love tea, so I will try out that Red Rooibos tea., and there is nothing like a good old upgrade to keep you going, but I must say I plan to "defer" my upgrading until January 1. Too much good food is floating around this holiday season 😋. Although I am keeping up with exercises, the goodies are calling out to me.
