Thank you for this info. I’m incorporating these immediately! I know I have weakness in my right side and I believe it has to do with my foot, ankle and knee.

If it’s fresh it peels easily using a teaspoon. I chomp on it raw. I don’t have a George to do the heavy lifting. lol. BUT it does make ya feel good and it’s tasty…. After you get used to it

So you don’t have to peel it
@iloveyou891810 ай бұрын
No you don’t have too, many people tend to peel their fruits and vegetables they do not realize that majority of the benefit are normally on the skin, blend the entire ginger after washing then strain to separate the pieces of skin and juice, it helps release all the skin benefits into the juice and you strain it so you don’t have to feel those chunks in the juice 😊

Thank you for the review! Are you going to make review for the mat too? I'm debating among Contrology, Gratz and Legacy. My studio have Gratz high mat and Legacy foldable mat and still debating. I'm planning to buy apparatuses like Reformer, Pedipole from Contrology, Cadilac and wunda chair from Gratz, mat and spine corrector maybe from Legacy... and during my research I found your channel! Thank you for the review again!
@guzelesecegim Жыл бұрын
also.. I was wondering what your shippin cost was? I live in HAwaii now so I know it's very expensive but I was curious if it would be the same for mainland since it's coming from Turkey... Hope I can hear from you! thanks:)
@LowImpactFit Жыл бұрын
Yes, I will hopefully make one for the mat. I can’t compare to the legacy because I have not used that mat before. I really like the Contrology though and have no regrets buying it. It comes much faster than Gratz. Especially if you are in Hawaii. I love my legacy spine corrector. Contrology is in the process of making a spine corrector as well so it might be worth waiting to see what that will be like.
@chrispartrich47558 ай бұрын
We just bought the Legacy folding mat and the Legacy Spine Corrector and love them both. Do not notice any difference between Legacy and Gratz mat. Have used both but have not done a side-by-side comparison. Shipping to SC for these items was $500, making these $271 more than if we'd ordered Gratz, but getting them in 3-weeks instead of 40-weeks was well worth it to us. @guzelesecegim please find a way to review the Legacy reformer. Our next purchase is going to be a classical reformer but I cannot find any reviews for the Legacy and don't want to gamble on it. We've used Gratz and Contrology reformers and like both, buy Contrology cost more and Gratz is 40-weeks out.

This works extension of the spine, the core and muscles of the legs. Your whole body has to work together on this one. This is exercise number 16 in the sequence. Don’t go into it cold make sure you do all the others that come before this one so your body is warm.
