Thanks so much for this video. My carpal tunnel has been terrible lately and I haven’t been able to do my regular yoga practice. It was nice to be on the mat again.

I do Pilates 5 days a week. But after injuring my wrist I am glad I found some form of Pilates that I am still able to do. Thankyou!

Just finished. Loooooved it. My husband walked through while I was doing it and even commented how he liked how your video was not the stereotypical annoying sing song voice. Really great job.

Perfect little warmer for my hand injury. Was hoping someone had something I could use while waiting for hand and wrist strain to recover. Nicely cued and felt the core work really well. Longer version would be amazing!

This is my second time doing this class since getting a carpal tunnel diagnosis and I love it! More carpal tunnel-friendly workouts would be amazing!

Grateful for this! I burned my hand with boiling water last week 😩 and can’t use my hand in the same way.

I fractured my elbow, and sprained my wrist in 2 places. This was a great video. I hope you add more. You're a great instructor.

Thank you so pleased to finally find something that doesn’t require me on all fours etc as my wrists can’t go to 90 degrees and have cts in both so this was fab I’ll keep doing it! Thanks

Thankyou I broke my wrist and had surgery a lot of workouts involve cast for stability and I don’t have a cast for stability so I’m grateful for this 😃
