I am a fan of your podcast. Thank you for bringing us useful and very relevant content about running for beginners. I am a treadmill runner, because where I live in Mumbai its very polluted and roads are bad. Could you ever talk about what it means to run on a treadmill and can you train on a treadmill for a Marathon? ofcourse not 100% but I am sure its beneficial. Hope you hear your views.

A very inspiring journey discussed by Capt. Harsha... be it academics sports or his dedicated profession. The best take away from your conversation is 'TIME MANAGEMENT'.... where most of us fail to strike a balance , especially ME😢. I personally feel running or taking up any sport for that matter , eventually results in making one a happier and a better human being , as one discovers hidden potential and evolves in the process . Beautiful tips shared for the marathoners including the two books recommended by you . Deepest gratitude for your insightful share . 🙏 It was a pleasure hearing pearls of wisdom from you. Much sunshine , joy and infinite injury free miles . God bless! Regards Blossom
