im 12 and i can never pull back my foreskin, i thought it will change soon but when i tried to pull it back one time there was alot of smegma, cause i had never cleaned under it since i could never pull it bacm, i can only pull it right by the head and no further, i cleaned the bit i could with water but then it started swelling and hurting alot. It may take pieces of the glans away with it, or parts of the inner foreskin may remain fused to the head. Both outcomes will lead to adhesions under the foreskin. The foreskin in the majority of males cannot be retracted before the age of 8, and in many not before the age of 12-13. Do not trust what this doctor is saying.
