As a 64 year old adult that had to deal with this as a child, please allow me to chime. I was born with undescended testicles. Sadly, they didn't lower on their own. Upon the advice of the surgeon, I didn't have the corrective surgery until age 10....way too late. It affected puberty and left me sterile too. Testicles were very painful all my life and eventually had surgery to remove them at age 42. I've had a lifetime of problems because of the late and botched surgery. Now I'm dealing with other health problems related to low testosterone level. It sucks. I urge parents to do what is right for their sons with this condition.

My son had the bilateral inguinal herniotomy + left orchidoplexy operation 5 days ago but until now the testis is not showing in the scrotum. How long does it take for it to show? Should I be worried?

I don't have any children but I believe your child. Has this condition you're probably not going to have any grandchildren.

Thats not how it works. There are surgeries to get the testicles in place. It doesn't mean testicles dont produce fertile sperms.
