Let me ask you question, suppose if you had a plot and if you were building your own house, will you keep maids room and your master bedroom just at the entrance next to foyer... this is one of the most stupid design i have ever seen. and such small living space... Real estate in bangalore is nothing but selling matchbox sized apartments......No wonder, flats are still available in this project even after so many years. it was launched in 2014.. its been almost 10 years..still this project is not complete...
