Real Estate Rise in Goa | Why Goans are Against it?

Due to huge investment by Non-Goans in Goa's Land property with higher rates... We Goans are effecting the prices and we are not affordable to buy small plots of land for a such higher rates.. we Goans are loosing our all land to Non-Goans and if this keeps on continue than there will be No land for our future Generations... Government should keep strict control on both the sellers and the Non-Goans buyers... We want to save Goa and Goans.

Madam we don't this mega projects and mostly this high rates of properties are gone sky rocketing bcoz of Rich Bollywood celebrities n Rich Cricketers

Real Estate boom in Goa is more of curse than blessing..., it will only give rise to migration which rather is invasion luking at Goa's demography and limited land area....townships r not for small state like Goa..with its scarce resources. ...its hills, forests and waterbodies need 2 b protected for posterity

I have a Question? If no mega projects means no residential complex. No residential complex means more demand for land. More demand for land means more price rise. More price rise means more conversions. More conversions will bring more lower class migrants. More migrants will bring more crime. More crime will kill tourism. Tourism killed will destroy livelihood.
