As someone who also rather rotund but in the UK ive had trouble before getting in certain vehicles, i know american cars are generally larger. OK, fat people know they are fat, it is not something we are blind too, its not a choice anyone makes, nor is it about will power. Its about evolution and toxic food enviroments, we don't need a lecture, most of us have been on and off diets our entire lives. This is not about that, this is about discrimination, he should have allowed her to try and get in the car. If she didnt fit thats fair enough. She on the otherhand should have called for a larger vehicle, its about considering other peopl., The few times ive been on flights i always book 2 seats because i dont think its fair to invade someone elses space.

I don't carry a lot of persons in my carry or a lot of weight if I don't need to for the sake of my suspension. And I know a lot of persons who does the same. Even if ur booking a flight she would be advised to book 2 seats. And it's not just about he being denied services but help as well. I use to work at a medical complex and a family brought in a loved one for a CT scan. Person had been sick for a few days, it took a while for them to go to the hospital and when they came to us for the CT scan we had to send them back because the machine has a weight limit. Also the reason it took them so long to even go to the hospital was because the person was over 300lbs There was nobody around to help left. I know it mite not be her fault but she has to bare these things in mind when u start getting to this size. God forbid she falls down on the side of the road and no one can assist because no one can manage to lift her

When you order a car on the Uber app, you can pick from different sized cars. Different sized people should pick different sized cars. She obviously has been that large for a while and should know these things. The larger car cost more.

I'm a Automotive Technician, I work on Vehicles, He is Smart, that type of vehicle is for certain people, and she is not one of them, also that his personal vehicle they used, and which means he has to paid to fix what get broken on it. How much it will cost depends on how much damage and how severe the damage is. He not making up, and I applaud of the fact he actually knows about that because how many customers actually knows that is so low, I suspect him to be a Auto Tech or Auto Mech or he works at a Shop/Dealership and works with Auto Tech/Mech. She has a choice in her Life, just like she wants to protest about what happening to her, she also has a choice of her size, weight, how you look, if she doesn't to change anything about her, then he also has a choice of who gets his in car.

Pretty sure the drivers can accept or deny any ride, for any reason. She could sue him personally, but it would cost more than it's worth. Since it's not against the law or the business rules, all I can say is oh well, you have the option to use the service again. You also have the option to start to give a care about your health. Whatever she wanna do is in her hands until she wants someone else's help, then others' rules apply, and that's that.
