No object has ever been observed in a super position. Zeno was completely wrong, the arrow never stands still! If you take a still picture of the arrow for instance, the exposure time, however short, has a starting point (the shutter opens) and an end point (the shutter closes) there is no mathematical "shortest shutter speed", and the still picture always renders a motion however small! Now, if time is quantized we furthermore have gaps when the object does not exist but that is another matter!

At 2:20 you say a single photon is sent through a beam splitter and travels down both paths. I thought a photon was the smallest possible unit of light. How can you have half a photon pass through each path?

Good question. Out of the beam splitter, there is a 50% probability that it goes through one path and a 50% probability that it goes via another. A common interpretation of this is that it simultaneously goes via both paths.
