Brother i have to say you got mad skills in that kart. I wish i could do something like that. I love anything with a engine that can run fast!

BMW drivers in that class are the perennial backmarkers!
@richarddybdahl7563Ай бұрын
Some of them, but they usually always give room to the leaders and Dean tries not to interfere with them if there's two of them racing. You can see him back out of a few corners when two E30s are racing. E30s are usually the quicker car in this group, but Dean was just on fire and flying.

Great driving ! ! ! That was a stupid move by the other Miata driver. Once I heard the tire squeal . . . I knew that driver came into that turn too hot. Glad they awarded you the win.

@@MrRacerx13 they were just going for the win. They had a chance if they hadn't locked up.

I ran Enduros with Woodbridge Kart Club & with WKA for 15 years & i have to say the only thing i liked about WKA were the racers & it was never that way with WKC. I ran this class as a beginner for two seasons then ran the Pipe classes which may not have had as many entries, but it was a lot better drivers & faster. We ran other tracks but i still love Summit Point Raceway the most. Such a great sport & a bit sad we see less & less Enduros & more of the 125s & 250 shifters.

@richarddybdahl7563 Жыл бұрын
This was the NASA race run on the same day as the FARA series. We were on Toyo tires so didn't sign up for FARA. After looking at lap times, we would have done well in the FARA race, even on Toyos.

Hey, thank you for watching the video! The crash is around the 8:27 mark. Unfortunately we didn't get the whole thing on video but lead car got turned into the inside wall pretty hard. Driver was ok, car not so much.

Much smoother Dean! You are much more efficient when lifting, and you can see it in turn one.
@zounds132 жыл бұрын
Man, I would love to drive an enduro kart.
@paullevine18136 ай бұрын
@zounds 13- I ran Enduros with Woodbridge Kart Club & WKA for 15 years & trust me you would love to race one!!! Affordable & fast all you need to do is find a Kart Club & go watch, talk to the racers & find a good starter kart at the track or most clubs will have a swap meet at some point, go & see what's for sale. Most clubs will have a driver's school at the track for the novices & you get to go out with karters that know what is what & after that you go finish practice & go race when your class is up. . Most beginners will start from the back as seat time is more important than anything till you learn to race. Do your homework before you buy & it's best to buy a used Kart till you learn. There are things you will need like a starter, wagon to haul your stuff to the grid, a good crank up kart stand, a good race suit & gloves, shoes plus some other things & most important a good Snell approved helmet up to the helmets rating year. My suggestion is if you want to race be serious as a heart attack as it's not a game at the speeds you can hit. This is a great sport, but you need to know what can happen & they do so if you have any doubts stay off the track. If you do decide to go for it & finish your first race it will take a week at least to wipe the smile off your face !!!!! Good luck .
@johnmarble80222 жыл бұрын
Dean has plenty of top, but he's lifting earlier than the other two in turn two and in two other turns. Never can get close enough in the straights. Investigate getting deeper into those turns. They're running away from you there. Getting smooth Dean.

Tell me you know nothing about racing without telling me. He is signaling for the car behind to work with him, bump him. Then waved him off going into the turn so he didn't bump him into the turn. Thanks for the comment though, don't forget to subscribe to learn more about racing
