I don’t understand this. The TDP of the 4070 Super is 220 watts. The PCIE 12v cable of my PSU (with pigtail) is rated for 150 watts total. Plus 75 watts from the PCIE slot, that provides 225 watts. If I’m not planning on overclocking my GPU, shouldn’t it be perfectly fine to use the pigtail?

I overclocked mine with the tswift’s oc. Not gonna do pbfarmer’s because I don’t have a way to monitor the wattage. Been running great at 618gh/s version 24hr avg hashrate of 629gh/s

Put them on seadra or bugna

@Kr00tman they make industrial UPS's, that can handle the loads you are drawing. I know they are expensive, but you have a ton of investment there that needs protecting. Might be worth a look.

At a current hashrate of 689 PH/s, the fair market value of KAS should be at least $0.689 cents when compared to Bitcoins Hashrate and its current market value. Selling KAS below this benchmark isn’t wise, and I too am guilty of it. Heck, we probably all are.

Kaspa will increase in price especially if more People mine it but a Value of $ 0.50 cent is most likely more than 6/9 months away from today. And the big Kaspa Miners you can only operate in data Centers or if you are lucky to live in an area with a low electricity rate 0.10 cent at the most

It’s a tough call you may break even with an ultra in the first year but after that it’s a door stopper. At this point might be better to buy the coin. The biggest unknown is if more asics come on the market then in six months, this thing could be useless.

I have a 4080 and i habe the nvidia adapter pligged in and im using 2 cables plugged into the PSU and from there 1 cable goes directly into the nvidia adapter and for the other 2 slots im using the second cable that has a daisy chain so im able to plug in the second and third cables for the adapter . Is this safe ?

For ultra-budget, and here-and-now, then I agree completely with what you're saying about 2080 TI and use the rest on cpu. But looking forward, you can't ignore better use of the funds on a 3080 due to DLSS.

Hey bro. Looks like you put some effort into your videos, and I like your way of going about reviewing GPUs. But I think you should prioritize upping your production value if you want more people to follow you. Just trying to give some constructive feedback here: - You seem to have a podcast mic but the audio sounds more like the webcam mic or something was selected as active device. So you should check the hardware and software settings. - If this voice recording is the best you can do in terms of quality, use effects in post: Reverb reduction, noise reduction, compression and equalization. Or just look up a free AI tool online to process the audio for you. If you use Adobe premiere for editing there is an AI vocal enhancer built in. - Add sound dampening to your recording setup, like diffusion pads for the wall, carpet on the floor, thick curtains on the walls etc. - Adding some music on low volume would add a lot of perceived production value - Your face cam needs more light. - I don't know what camera you use, but you need to either practice steadier camera movement or get a gimbal / tripod if it's in your budget. - You can also add stabilization in post, depending on the software you're using, but that only works to a certain degree before it starts to look weird. - If you have a modern phone, I would suggest using that to film rather than the camera you have because I suspect the built in stabilization as well as modern software dynamic range control would make your footage look smoother and cleaner. Again, I don't want to diss your work, I wish you success. Keep it up.

Used 2080ti is definately underrated. It has a higher bus width and more VRAM than a 3070. I would honestly get the 2080ti over the 3070.. On another note, these were so good back during the ETH merge. I picked one up by chance and noticed it had the same hashrate and efficiency on KASPA as the 3080.. they were going for 400 CAD vs 1000 CAD for the 3080. So I ended up making a 12 GPU rig of these 🥹 In terms of mining right now in 2024… the efficiency does hurt it :(

I purchased a 22 pound box full of type 4 cables they are all marked type 4 that corsair most of the cable are pcie 8 pin to 6+2 are these cables useful for other psu? or just corsair? reason i bought the box i own corsair psu and the entire box cost only $4.99 you cant even buy one cable for that price... these are very nice cables
