Hello Jose, Thank you. Yes when you spin it to the left or right there is a limit to it. You will be verifying that you are in the center when you install it.

Thats what I came into the comments to find out... And thats what I heard was the most dangerous thing of this repair, was the airbags deploying!

At first my lower volume control button stopped working on the steering wheel, the next month cruise control, and then a few weeks later the Raise volume button quit. I have checked the fuses and sounds like I need to do this now. Great 3 part videos. helped me get ready to tackle it

I know you only did this for the horn and the radio controls, but the airbag light is still flashing. I'm going to guess that the SRS still has a fault somewhere else since unhooking the battery should have powered down the SRS module and cleared the fault from memory. Did you ever get it fixed and what was it?

Great set of videos. I too have a 2006 Titan and need to perform this same repair. Thanks for the legwork. Update: got my part (EBay $17.50) and performed replacement. Piece of cake thanks to your video. I had the same exuberance when my horn worked and radio controls were restored!

I have a 2012 Nissan titan and my horn doesn't work, but my controls on the steering wheel work ! So my question is do I still have to change the clock spring to make the horn work? I check the horn directly and it works I also change the horn fuse and still doesn't beep, so most l Likely can be the spring? Please any suggestions...! Thanks

Should probably disconnect the negative terminal on the battery when you work with the airbag.

Nice job. The video was very informative and it helped a lot. Unlike some, I listened to what you said about reconnecting the battery to see if it would help you lock your steering wheel in place. I guess some don't listen very well. I'm a bit in awe of your holding the camera, using your screw driver and holding the airbag. You sure you only have two hands? Lol. Nice video.

Hi Eddie I have the same issue with my 2007 Nissan Armada, the three system are dead(cruise control, radio controllers and horn), I watched your videos and bought a new clock spring from Ebay and started to install it today. Well I noticed that the new piece is missing one small conector on the bottom, next to where the yellow and gray tips plugs in. Your new clock spring is missing the same connector as mine and your old one has that connector as well as mine. So now there's a cable not connected to the new clock spring. How is gonna affect that issue the performance? Could that be the reason that the turning stick is not resetting? I know you did this almost 4 years ago but I wish I could show some pictures Any help is most appreciated Thank you
