Thank you so much! The girls don’t always want to go hiking but they know how much I love it. It’s been a rule in the family to do things everyone wants to do and when we are at someone’s chosen activity we don’t complain. It’s worked out great so far. Have a great weekend

Thank you it was such a great day. It’s funny because they don’t really think they look alike but now that my middle one is participating in everything the older one was in. Everyone will come up and say in know you are Ella’s sister. It’s so fun that everyone thinks they look so much alike.

The waterfall trail is beautiful! I will have to check it out and what's funny is I saw a TikTok about a girl finding wild clay (she was in another state, Colorado I think) but now I know where to find some!

I live south of Sacramento, beautiful places all over our state. As a mom of three daughters all grown with their own children I would say it goes soo fast and I even miss the struggles as a parent and made mistakes, but I also see the positives and focus on that

Look at YOU! WOW! How cool. I just found you on… oh gosh. The over 50 couple that moved to Portugal. Anyway, while watching this video I was thinking you should try a 7-10 day rehiit challenge. If you haven’t heard of it, it’s a ten minute exercise where you do only 40 seconds of that time as hard as possible. The rest of the time is super easy. It would be cool to see how it works for you. I’m going to give it a go here in a day or so once I get past those headache I’ve had for a few days. Congrats on your channel! I wish you speedy and joyful success🌸

Wow you get great! I am 62 and have been working out at bootcamp for about 7 or 8 years now. This includes weights for strength and cardio as well as they will teach and encourage healthy eating. It is not cheap but it appears to be the one way I will continue to work out and eat healthy. I stopped eating any process sugar last January and I lost 12 pounds and I feel much better. I also am mostly a vegetarian except occasional chicken. You have created a great routine which is important to continue. 21:39 Can I make a suggestion to add to your routine? A couple of add ons would be to ensure your nutrition, no processed sugar or at least minimize it lots, chicken or fish with mostly vegetables, some carbs and a little healthy oil. A good person to watch on KZbin is Lulu’s Way for nutrition or is vegetarian there are so many, Simnett Nutrition is one. Also add some strength work, especially core work, tightening the tummy muscles helps a lot. I had 3 children and yes, the tummy is most difficult. Anyway, losing fat cells and weight is one part, but also gaining muscle is so important as you age to keep mobile and to enhance your body. And lots of water, about 70 or more ounces per day. I also will drink a protein drink ( keto peanut butter is mine), just adding into water, after a workout. And electrolytes is another helpful addition to water as you work out. Great work!

Two book series I think your girls would love are The Land of Stories (6 books total) and A Tale of Magic (3 books total.) Both by Chris Colfer. The books are full of adventure and imagination with really good messages about believing in yourself. My favorite thing about this author is that he writes really strong female characters. Definitely look into these books!

I never come across calico critter things at the thrift store, but I’m hoping to find some maybe on OfferUp or Facebook marketplace. By the way, Eliana just crocheted a blue little whale 🥹 it’s the darndest thing ever and she is so proud of herself.

My daughter had the Sullivan families, which is now the Calico family. She had the red slanted roof house, with all the furniture, bears and rabbits. She loved it. That house came out in the '80's and she was probably your daughters age when she got it for Christmas one year. She will be 41 this year and still talks about it! I wish I held on to it! Thanks for sharing this. Brings back wonderful memories 💖.

It’s a pour over coffee maker. You put a coffee filter in the glass part your put coffee grounds and pour water and it drips the coffee inside the cup. Its actually really cool.

That’s sweet of him. My dad used to bbq for all of us as well but he had a stroke back in April so we hate encouraging him to take it slow. But he is having a hard time slowing down. He is 70. Blessings to you and your family.

Hahaha that’s so fun cuz we teach the kids to be aware but here it was my turn to make sure I was safe. I was so nervous because I asked to meet at the local shopping center but she said her baby was so and her husband was at work and she couldn’t leave the house. So you can only imagine where my mind went with that story. Lol

These books are great because they get the kids interested and opens up conversations about the situation. They start looking up and reading, learning more about these historical events. So I’m here for that. The author researches and interviews victims so the storyline is real but the characters are fictional. The kids really enjoy it.
