There was a recall for this switch so check your elligibility on that before doing it yourself. Dealer will replace it for free with oem part that won't be wired incorrectly

Resistance in fake is to low and could burn a hole in pistons. They are everywhere. Don't trust your parts store look at the plug before you buy them. Tip off is if they are really low priced on line.never thought it would come to this.

Just bought and installed on my 06 CRV. Noticed the hood on the drivers side is raised about an inch or two above the quarter panel. Did you have this issue with yours or is the hood flush on both sides?

Just picked up an 05 and the guy lost the prop, thanks for this one. Apparently he got the kit, but only left the struts, no hardware. Guess I got some backup dampers now.

Can i see the rear camera view without shifting into reverse? If yes then how is it possible bcz rear camera only gets power from reverse lights and if we haven’t shift to reverse how can it get the power?

@@CR-Z24 I believe they are the same but you would have to double check. I never seen a manual crv so I can’t say forsure. Although I’m almost positive it’s the same with the exception of the manual having an extra one. But I could be wrong

lol it’s actually much easier than that on the other side of the grille there is a Tbar that’s bolted to the frame for electric wire unbolt that remove plastic cover on top add cardboard to radiator and shimmy out carefully. 😊

I had fake Denso’s in my car. Gas mileage was horrible. Misfire , jerking at 1000 RPM’s when driving slow. MAF sensor not throwing codes but saying air fuel mixture off Drove me nuts because I put supposedly put new plugs in 3 mos .ago. Sure enough ,it was counterfeit plugs. Fake Iridium from Denso. eBay fellers. I ordered coil packs and that’s how I figured plugs were fake after watching videos. Coil packs were fake also. I wasn’t stupid enough to install those. Seller refunded 1/2 $. Scam all the way round.

I just did this similar type job on '11 V6 Rav4 and this looks way tighter/worse...planning on doing alternator and maybe tensioner at same time, but ill pass on doing WP empirically after watching this- no thanks, ill wait till it goes. However the tensioner on CRV way easier than it was on Rav4- stupid design where have to remove radiator to unbolt the AC compressor as tensioner access bolts are sandwiched behind the AC and engine block.

Nice video man, i am having a issue with the passenger side not moving down just up from the master switch but opens fine on the passenger side, I would think you have to reprogram the switch to work normal , I have the honda manual and it mentions that

@@dannynica7480 it could be a broken plastic switch in the inside also. Someone mention that programming on here too but when I took the driver side out, I can hear a rattle something was loose and realize it was the tab for the switch to hit to bring the window the other way. Either way, it’s a cheap easy fix.

@@kseries1982 I believe I got these off of Amazon. Came as one whole unit like around $400-$450. Can’t remember at the moment but that seems like the right price range
