Nothing ever connects. Did these steps over and over. I have 2.4 it makes no difference. It's an impossible product to set up.

I have the bulbs in 50% of my house. They can be a bit tricky to set up, but once you've figured it out, they will be a god send. It also doubles as security if you're not home, as you can set up timers for them to go on and off at your own specific time.

having to be on a 2.4 GHz network is so random and arbitrary doesn't matter why it has to be on 2.4 GHz, its just an extra condition for this product to work

So when you turn off the light and turn it back on make sure the bulb when turned on gradually lights up if it doesn’t then it’s not resetting if it just turns on then you need to leave it on for 10s and then off for 10s then try again I believe this guy doctored the vid because his doesn’t do that he’s an asshole for that 😂

These things are junk. I called NASA to get their top engineers to help me getting them installed. They said it's way too difficult. They said getting a colony on Mars will be much easier. All the bot comments about how easy it is to setup is nonsense and should be embarrassing for this company. What a bunch of dorks.

I wasted about 6 hours to connect the device after the last time, when Gosund application suddenly lost connection to all three bulbs in my room. Even this method doesn't work. It failed on the last stage, when my phone connected to bulb's wi-fi, but didn't add it to the application. Highly disappointed!

Never could get it to work. But the app did scan my system and tell me that it found my Samsung tv. Except I don't own a Samsung tv or any other tv. Big thumbs down and one star on Amazon. Just going to use this as a regular bulb I guess.
