I would like to share podalangai seed thogayal as we used to discard its seed by just adding 1 tablespoon of oil in a kadai with 1 spoon of udad dhal, ginger, green chillies2, a piece of tamarind ,seeds of podalangai and two tablespoons of coconut .Grind them all together in a mixer .This tastes awesome when served with rice.I' am sure uncle would love its taste. Just felt like sharing .

Gitaji namaste. I have been a regular follower of your recipe 's. And especially ready-mixes...which I prepare & send it to my Son who is living in Australia. One doubt in your beetroot fry you have put onion and topped it up with coconut also. In our house either it will be onion fry a/w chilli powder or coconut with green chillies & Ginger.. 😊
