Such a lovely piece! I love Medtner's forgotten melodies (mainly opus 40)

The gradation and thematic development from idylical theme to the tragic chaos-like climax is so clever and original!

Opus 34 is one of the best skazki opuses, it's so brilliant!

Alkan was an exceptional music visionary!!! his musicality is very hight, people just don't give him chance, because they only look at the difficulty.... like for example this piece is absolute masterpiece, has such and inovative form, sublime terene melody mixed up with this literal fire (i mean even in the program context of the piece). Plus the clusetres are really modern....

Bsést first opus has Nikolai Medtner imo, it's just so superb and Medtneresque!

@@uguslife ooh I should listen to it. I like this one as it's a decently bold set of variations and already contains some recognisable characteristics of Henselt from the get-go.

I wonder if it's possible to play it in 2 pianos. Like, one pianist plays the monstrosity in "left hand" part and the other plays "right hand" part

WOOOOOOW, one of my most favourite pieces ever.... And I have one little corection, this is not a first 'movement' - this is the exposition- It's one movement sonata in sonata form!
@HubertMCovers20 күн бұрын
@@teodorb.p.composer I've seen it divided into this part being the first movement and then the development being the 2nd. But yeah I get your point of this being a one movement work.

Kind of confusing since the delay is made by hand, but i still like this cover a lot! Do you have the sheet music for this?
@HubertMCoversАй бұрын
Unfortunately not. The midi was made from having audio mapped onto midi directly. And then through a lot of corrections, and manually adding delay, I got the file in the video. I can't go about transcribing this efficiently unfortunately.

Ugh. This ai is TALENTLESS. Emotionless. The way it plays le preux near the start and near the end, THERE IS A SECTION WHERE THE LEFT HAND goes over the right hand. This ai should follow what the sheet music says, not its own imaginary disgraceful playground. This is why ai cant be trusted.
