69 year old woman now but this sure takes me back to the early '70s, Lebanon PA and the Dixie drive-in on the east end of town over to McDonald's on the west end of town, doing the loop. I’m 75 and this song brings back memories of those footloose and fancy free days of being 17 and summer young. Back when you could hitchhike or pick up a hitchhiker and never worry about being assaulted. Freedom was the Highway.
