I truly know how much it hurts losing a parent Jimmie. I lost my mother at 6 yrs old to Epilepsy, lost my father at 18 yrs old to cancer. This song makes me feel like I’m sending a message to my father as well. I respect everything you stand for and respect you as a great new country artist. Hopefully someday I will get the opportunity to meet you in person young man. Hopefully someday you’ll have a chance to play here in LaCrosse, Wisconsin so I can get to see your show.
