Arm pump rarely gets me in enduros or hare scrambles (unless I'm dehydrated and did not think it) It is the hand numbness that is messing me up (carpal tunnel) all that stuff. I do not wish nerve damage in the hands to anyone, it is brutal. XC -300 2024 Florida racer non stop it is all I do. I really ride 250 days a year , 4-5 hours a day. Deep sand whoops! I got nerve damage in my hands from riding in my 20's.

120mm of sag is gonna make your front end wash out in every turn, you should consider installing a Mako 360 bar clamp, it's a bit pricey but worth every penny, it helps a great deal with arm fatigue, Cody has been using one for several years now, since I starting using one I don't think I will ever ride a bike again without one, it makes that much of a noticeable difference.

Brutal.

Everyone complains about arm pump at RORR - I think it's the combination of rocks, faster speeds, and relentless up/downs that makes for nearly zero places where you can just cruise for even a few seconds. It's also somehow hot as hell under those trees. Other races I've done (Brushy, Kairos, KXCR, little hocking) all seem to have a bit of singletrack here and there where you can cruise, relax those arms, and cool off.

What tire setup you run if you don't mind? Looks like its hooking up pretty good in the soft stuff. I ride mostly single track / hare scramble events and it's nothing but mud, rock, and roots and I've struggled to find the right tire setup as of yet.

Remember watching this years ago only to see another video of a sunken dirt bike and the title of this vid just popped in to my head
