Way to go Zach! Great result! This event happens about an hours drive from my cottage. We ride those trails all the time.

The stream crossing and creek section were awesome. When I first learned to ride I couldn’t wait to cross the streams. Racing enduros in Pennsylvania always had a lot of stream crossing but then the Greenies were worried we were killing the environment so stream crossing were removed. Great video and commentary as always. Keep em coming, thats all us old people have to make us feel young.

Yeah like the Cray fish are going to go extinct. They’ve been living in those creeks for 50,000 years or more and they’ll live for 50,000 years after civilization is gone. Stupid tree huggin vegan freaks.

Awesome! At 25 minutes in I checked how long the video just because I didn't want it to be over! Really enjoying watching this one!

Great video. Good race. You are my favorite Privateer Pro. I fully understand your comments about editing. It takes hours to do even a "just OK" job and your editing is top level.

Incredible riding and an another awesome video Zach! 2 hour sprint enduros are still kicking my ass, I cant imagine 2 days of riding like this haha. Looks like an epic event though, great job!!

Greattttt ride my guy. Heads up, I paid about $25 for an Under Armour compression long sleeve base layer for hot weather after my roost guard destroyed my nips one day. Never had a problem since.

You did great, if you feel like you want to improve corners, maybe try doing a little bit of motocross with some really rough ruts. : D

gat damn, nothing beats your corduroy coverage. With 2 strokes i dont think we can "push" our front ends as much as 4 stroke guys. I struggle in the same stuff, fast single track with very small berms. btw what were you using for a front tire?

What settings do you record with on your GoPro? It seems like the sensation of speed is much more obvious on your videos than many others.

Does your motorcycle need to be licensed and insured to do these races?
@TheKitchenTechnician Жыл бұрын
Insured with an off-road plate. It’s called a green plate here in Ontario.

Hey I’ve asked in a few vids. Which cam are u using and please get specific on your settings including your pro tune settings (if go pro) cause my singletrack vids look like shit compared to yours. Please
@RickettsRacing Жыл бұрын
Right click your video, select "stats for nerds" or whatever, then look for codecs. Chances are if your quality sucks, it's because KZbin is forcing AV01. Zach's videos use VP9 which are much better. You can get VP9 by either uploading in high framerate/resolution (4k or 120fps not sure of the specifics) you can Google the KZbin codecs. The other way is to upload on a regular basis, get a certain amount of watchtime, or get above a certain number of subscribers. I had vp9 for a while then went about a year without uploading and lost it.

Ive realized that if your in a contoured mx sole, rock hits are so much worse compared to a sewn on flat sole. Ive clipped rocks with a flat sole sidi and was surprised to feel only a little pain. 😂

Bandaids over the nips!
@onthethrottle7104 Жыл бұрын
super thin sport t-shirt on, then equipment goes over that. Bandaids slip on long races, they work great for moto but not anything longer
