Oh, wow. This was delicious! Thanks for the recipe! Just one suggestion: don't spray disinfectant on your cutting board like that. Honestly, the disinfectant is worse for your body than anything else. Just wash with soap and water.

As you show in your video, I cooked them dry, without adding water, just with olive oil and butter and I covered the pan. I just added the browned mushrooms separately at the end. The result was very good according to my son! Next time, I will add zest and a little lemon juice at the start... Love your channel 😋
