Today I made the Okinawan local dish Goya Chanpuru with bell peppers!
It was crazy easy and very tasty!
I can highly recommend it to those who don't like bitter melon!

【Bell Pepper Champuru 】(about 2 to 3 servings)
*Ingredients
・5 green peppers (about 150g)
・200 g minced chicken (or pork)
・1 tofu (300g)
・2 eggs
・1 teaspoon soup stock (hondash)
・1 tablespoon oyster sauce
・1 tablespoon mentsuyu (3 times concentrated)
・ 1 tablespoon sesame oil
・2 pinches salt
・1 handful bonito flakes
*Finishing touches
・Black pepper
・Roasted sesame seeds
・Bonito flakes
