i counted 5 drives that should’ve been touchdowns but were either fumbles, dropped passes, holdings, or coaching mistakes. the score should’ve been 70-9 if texas just didn’t make any mistakes. i’m not asking for texas to make spectacular plays, i’m just asking for texas to not make mistakes. Sark set a standard at Texas, and they did not meet that standard offensively this game.

Our receiving corps is second to none this season. Also, I think that Weisner should be the starter at RB (even if Baxter wasn’t out). He’s a special player. Oh, and nice job on the video!

On rewatch, the edges need to be more physical taking on pullers. That seems like the main issue in run defense for me. The interior, outside of Broughton leaves much to be desired too.
@Dread-HeadedTexan21 сағат бұрын
Theres nothing wrong with the run defense. No one who is seriously trying to stop the run does so with 6 defenders in the box. Sark made State go on long drives because you're likely to make a mistake, like penalties, a sack, or a turnover. If the offense had a cleaner game the score is likely 50 something to 13 and nobody would be talking about run defense.

The penalties called on Texas were TICKY TACKY at best. Since the start of the season, watching more S.e.C play. The refs in this game were TOO SENSETIVE especially against Texas.

Where on Earth ins the false start from Banks at 18:54??? If anything he moved late, plus they blew the whistle after the play was almost over. Overturning the Bolden deep catch was crap too. Not enough to overturn call on the field, esp since it looked like his hands got under to prevent it from ever touching the ground

Man one thing I think I can truly admire about arch is he will stand tall in that pocket and will use his feet when he knows it’s his last option and has got some really good footwork and awareness. His vision will come with experience to avoid those mistakes and no qb is INT proof

Maaaaan, I have a weird feeling about Texas being #1. After watching TN just annihilate ou last night. I think we will go to the playoffs but I don't think we have the "IT" factor to win it all. After the Georgia game, it will feel real again.
@thepassionate33357 күн бұрын
I think we drop a game to someone in sec play. It might be a good thing and fire up the team to get revenge from last year. They beat Alabama and michigan so far and both those teams played each other in the national championship last year.

You tripping! Texas is ready. Sark recruited guys who have already won championships. These guys are winners and have won at high levels in high school.

@@Texasfaninsoonerland I'm a little silly. Seeing what TN did to Ou. I have that "oh shit" feeling. Once we play Georgia, and depending on that outcome, either how we win, or lose will say alot.🤘🏼🤘🏼

Someone please explain how the block in the back on the interception is a block in the back? If you face me then just turn your back while I’m blocking that’s not a block in the back. If that’s the case I’d line my defense of lineman up backwards to rush the quarterback
@RoSaWa386-338 күн бұрын
No one can explain that - the defender ducks his shoulder into the blocker - lowering his back to be the only thing that CAN be touched. Block? More like a shove and step over.
