@@thelavenderhatter5924 Yes thats correct they are armored because I am the night is a higher difficulty. Not sure why the cops were frozen I'm guessing its just from the game pooping its pants cause it wasn't coded very well.

If its a newer tire theres some air tools that you can use to get the bead to go on right in case its causing you some trouble.

Since the joker is alive in the suicide squad dlc it seems this particular game takes place in a different universe than regular arkham games.

You can end this fight way faster if you go to the administration building and save warden Joseph before going the industrial facility. You unlock the shock batarang which you can throw in the water so Grundy gets shocked and knocked out in one go
