Oh my gosh, i thought i was going to need surgery or something... I knew my jaw was locked, and people were trying to tell me it was all in my head. I did this to myself and now I am free again!! Thank you so much.

I believe I had the disc dislocation without reduction because my jaw didn't click, it was just locked so that I couldn't open up all the way.
