@ExtremelyLoudFart the words refer to the direction of motion. Anterior means forward or in the direction of the face. Posterior means toward the back, some people even call their buttocks their posterior, so that's a good way t remember. Caudal means toward the feet. These terms are used as absolute directions since terms like "front" "downward" etc are dependent on the direction the observer is looking rather than the object.

us here and my partial ruined my teeth. I'm in so much pain and just getting someone to even look at my teeth is near impossible now. my jaw pops and clicks non stop and I can't seem to get any home methods to work on myself. hoping to find a chiro near me to help.
