I use black sugar pearls 4mm size (edible) for the eyes, see URL below from our Online Store. You can also purchase these from other vendors. I would package them together in a large cellophane bag with self sealing tape to so that you don't have to use a sealer to close the bag.

If the icing is dry it will not bleed to other cookies, I also pack multiple cookies in one bag specially the Tiny and Mini sizes.

Your cookies are absolutely outstanding beautiful Work just wanted to know do you ever have problems with dark colors like black bleeding while they are thawing out? How long should they be drawing for before putting them in the freezer thank you again for this wonderful tutorial

I never had issues with dark color bleeding after thawing out. About the second question, you can freeze the cookies once the icing is dry to the touch, the time to dry depends on your icing consistency and the ambient temperature and humidity.

I used to ship cookies individually wrapped with bubble wrap, I don't sell cookies anymore, I have an online store of cookie cutters and decorating supplies and I spend all my time designing new cookie cutters and stencils and sharing stories in Instagram.

I also freeze airbrushed cookies with good results, you can do a test to make sure if works with the airbrush supplies you use.

If the cookie is crispy before freezing my experience is that it will still be crispy after thawing, with the method mentioned in my video.
