What the hell are you doing to that poor bike if it don’t start after half a dozen kicks there is a problem, if their is a spark ⚡️ it’s fuel and if it ain’t sucking fuel in its rings no compression to suck the fuel in 😉

throttle cable stuck thats why the high rpm.but try this before u start any bike and u only have a side stand which is not handy just make sure there is a wall front of the bike cuz u r lucky that the bike didnt run away.also take off airfilter and check the position of the throttle valve in the carb.if is too high watch out the bike will move.
