I had that problem on my SR50, it was the rear wheel bearing.

check your clutch bearings. wheel bearings. and the gears themselves.

Sounds like bearings scratching the shit out of some internals. Do what jakob said, in that order. Good luck to you. Could be a broken clutch spring dragging inside your bell or something like that too but it sounds like a fubar bearing.
