They drop spores regardless of flicking them. Your just breaking them and making it harder for them to let spores into the wind. They dont need help

I inoculated my garden and this mulch pile with a few strains, so anything that pops up is fun will do the same thing whether I flick them or not. This way it feels like I'm involved and it really doesn't matter, man. I'm just enjoying that they're happy mycelium and making fruits because they have what they need. I'm not Paul Stamets.

You can just wet the tops of the mushrooms. They will automaticly begin releasing spores.

I inoculated the pile myself and have a lot of happy mushrooms in the front food forest. It doesn't really matter man. I hope you have a great day. It makes me happy to flick them and feel like I have a hand in spreading them even more.

This guy is definitely funny, but I didn’t see even one broody hen there. Broody hens and hens with chicks will - without hesitating - attack pitbulls. My smallest and most timid hen went wild on my pitbull. Good job making sure you have no freeloaders in your flock! I know you are a good Mother Hen!

Yeah I completely understand what you mean. I think we have a tendency to want things to look as if it's a professional landscaping showcase, but the more I tend to toss stuff wherever and just embrace the chaos, it seems to do better. I'm gonna be redoing my garden space to try and increase the amount of grow space and have less struggle walkin around the plants who sprawl out 🤣

When they usually show up and my squash were only wee little plants, I sprayed the leaves with Spectracide Triazicide. The squash bugs never showed up until just this week, and I didn't have to spray when there were flowers or fruits forming, so I got some super clean squash without the pesticide and still had freedom from the bugs.

You sound so ungrateful and pompous. You ask them to not be assholes but you sure sound like one. I loved my chickens and they loved having time outside their enclosure to eat green things, like hoppers. Honestly I hope they stop laying 🤣 They get all vocal because of conditioning and for a whole whopping 2 minutes, boo hoo. They're not on the nest box so they're not really broody. They're chickens not roosters douchy guy so they're not really all vocal. Yes they need a refill, it's hard for a caged clutch to get their own food and water. Poor things in that tiny pen.
