Yeah about the song, I personally don't dislike it, it's cool, but I agree I need more energy, it lacks something, a revamp giving more progression to the song is needed, too repetitive imo, but it's a vibe, the hook is cool, the message is good.

I'm still knee deep in the 2024 and still listen to a lot of artist from this year but I think I'm ready to embrace new class 😊😊😊 I do like Montenegro song, the beat is catchy and its kind of rockish vibe that I like, it didn't sweep me of my feet but I'm happy with it, I hope it will be another strong year 😊😊😊

Hello - to answer your question, the last time Montenegro competed was in 2022, I believe they left because of financial issues + they didn't qualify - I think they competed in the 2010s too but overall their country hasn't qualified often - hopefully they can improve this entry because at the moment it's not amazing

There's been a lot of negativity with this entry. I actually think Montenegro made a smart choice. A Balkan ballad would most assuredly not advance. At least this option has some potential. Yes, the visuals need work, but they should have a better budget for visuals at Eurovision. I do think they can't be precious with the song and should be open to changing some of the instrumentation so there's a greater impact at Eurovision. And I might throw in a short spoken word section in English, just so the wider audience has a better understanding of their song. I might play around with the translated lyrics: "I'm at war with bots, Trading screenshots," and add a line about propaganda.

Yikes, much worse than I remember it being. Yes, cute guy, sexy moves, but he can't sing, his English is terrible and his song wasn't that great either. Yikes, you all guys should take the L, whenever a bubble favorite isn't perceived as greatly in a national final and stop bashing the person who won instead. And mostly they're doing better than the bubble favorite would have done, eg Germany this year, Belgium and Poland last year. This needed a lot of improvement to even qualify. Many people defend his vocals (which were arguably worse than Blanka's) by saying this was his first performance. Well, if that's true, then I doubt he would have improved enough in 2½ months. Maybe later, yes, but not in this short period of time. It actually doesn't defend him really, but it's rather making his case even worse. Blanka's already had experience and took vocal lessons, so she improved enough to advance. Plus, her song was less bland and more memorable, plus it had meaning, while the lyrics to Gladiator (which they still could have changed, at best into Polish) are rather messy and just gibberish. Sounds like a failed attempt at adjusting a song that was meant for a female for a male singer.
