Post workout. If you do deep stretches without warming up you can easily tear something.

True and true. I've been there where I gas out then also able to go for many rounds. I took a few years off now I'm back to gasing out even though I'm in shape. I remembered that I need to breathe like i do when I jog.

i'm doing muay thai and i'm really not flexible. perfect routine. second time i'm doing today and already feels better. i'm gonna try to keep up every other day (or at least 3 days a week) and let you know in several months how it's going! (i know a lot of you haven't come back to say how it's going, i am gonna try to do my best to keep updates!)

I would think about: What does this cost. If you are not interested in training anymore, because everyone is going on your nerves because of food and you need several hours in the week to live "clean" so you reduce your training, then puck it. Just train and eat what you like until you feel you need to eat clean

i've been doing these daily for a week now. it's uncomfortable as hell, but can't say i've noticed much difference. kicks dont feel higher, but they feel more comfortable to perform. maybe will update later on

Hi i read some comments and the Author said that with stretching its the same like with building muscles. If you do the same routine everyday with time youll lose your progress. He said that we should do atleast 3 times a week. I do it 4 times. I stretch everyday but am using different routines. Hope this helps!
