Hello. Sorry, the question is not related to this video. Is it a bad thing if I do the stretching program daily? Do I really need to have 1 rest day between stretching? I'm 15 and I started working out 2 months ago to get bigger because I'm skinny. I have 1 day of rest between my workout and I would love to know if I can stretch in the rest day too

Best thing is to listen to your body. If you feel like it is responding well, then stretch daily. I'd just advise to at least vary the routine a little if you are taking no rest days. I'm planning on releasing a few variations to that routine in the near future. Take a day off if your body is feeling particularly sore, or if you start to feel like you are actually losing flexibility. These are signs of over training, which can apply to stretching the same way it applies to things like lifting weights.
