Great question! We use 4-6 Carriage Bolts, depending on the size of the unit. The recommended minimum bolt size is a 1/2” diameter by 6 ½” long carriage bolt, SAE grade 8.

Do you bolt right through the floor? ( drill holes or have bolt brackets under the floor?) would the pallet fetch up on the bolts ?

Is safe to piercing (piercing valve)cooper tube with R290 inside? I see a lot unit with "no piercing r290"
@LeerEmployeeOwned4 ай бұрын
Thank you for your question. Piercing would be required for servicing of the equipment only and must be removed after service. Follow the service and repair guidelines document on leerinc.com for proper setup, accessing and removal of the piercing valves.

Hey! We would need a bit more information here to accurately help you out. What kind of noise are you hearing? If you could share the serial number we can look up your exact Walk-In too.

Now you say to leave a space of two inches on all sides for cooling but what if i want it installed in a tight corner for my restaurant is that possible
@LeerEmployeeOwned2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your question. It will always be our recommendation and instruction to leave the two inch gap to ensure proper airflow around the unit. Please give us a call if you'd like to discuss in more detail.

how long would it take to load ice on a pallet plus the 3 minutes in the video and the time it takes to fill the bag
@epixentlightbearer12042 жыл бұрын
I know this is a dumb question but that's 3 hours and 30 minutes right
@LeerEmployeeOwned2 жыл бұрын
Hey! Great question, but actually this video is displaying a load time of 3 Minutes & 30 Seconds. The Pallet Load feature allows for entire pallets of ice to be loaded at one time rather than hand loading. Thanks, Leer Inc.

HOW MUCH THIS UNIT IS SIR??
@LeerEmployeeOwned2 жыл бұрын
Hey Shlomo, Pricing for a Walk-In Cooler or Freezer can be complex to quote. It depends on many factors, for example: Size, Material, Location, Metal Finish, Number of Doors. We would be happy to help you get an official quote, please reach out to us through our website: www.leerinc.com. Thanks, Leer Inc.

What is the best way to clean the interior walls? Just soap and rinse with water?
@LeerEmployeeOwned2 жыл бұрын
Hey Bill, A couple small warnings before we give our advice. First, do not get the Walk-In panels (floor, walls, etc) saturated. Second, it is worth researching your specific metal finish as that can change our answer a bit. With that being said, our best suggestion would be a soapy sponge with just a little bit of water. Thanks, Leer Inc.

Do sealant need to be put in the walls too?
@LeerEmployeeOwned3 жыл бұрын
Hey - Thanks for the question. Sealant (or butyl is preferred) should be used in all ceiling, floor, and wall panels during assembly. A large bead of caulk should be placed on the warm side of the tongue profile.

Yes the merchandiser is unique and low labor but my helper and I can off load and fill, 630 10# reddy bags in 4 lo pro 60's in under 20 minutues including the paperwork completed.Yes, I could see the machine working well for a low cost single owner/delivery business operation design, but with 30 years of experience with every possible models durability (from my accumulated experience) your product cost would inevitably would take longer to recover my initial invest and begin acquiring actual profit before repair costs and required maintenance costs would diminish profit once again in a endless break even cycle of a machine age value loss to lose further profit on such an financial investment especially here in texas

Stop with your prideful bull shit! I guarantee if you had a couple of these on your route it would make your day a little less dreadful! I know it would mine! I would much rather use a dolly to load a cooler than do it by hand! Can I do by hand and I do it quickly yes! Loading 44,000 pounds of ice 10 pounds at a time is hard on ya!

Put it on the beach here in destin fl and that box will be empty in 2 hrs! We got covient stores that sell 6 pallets a day! It wouldn't take very long at all to recoup!

$4 for 10lbs of ice?! I pay $3 for 20 lbs.
@LeerEmployeeOwned5 жыл бұрын
Hey, Jared! These machines are being placed in areas that provide customers a convenience in locations where ice wasn't previously sold. This typically allows for a bit of a premium price. We have some customers charging traditional prices and some customers charging more.
