Looks good, I like this type of video because I just watch it 3 or more times and and then go straight into the kitchen and try to recreate it as closely as possible, although sometimes I have to substitute some ingredients. I like the music too. Where can I get some of that bullfoot soup when I come to Dominica in a couple of weeks?

Is 2lbs flour correct? That equals to over 6 cups flour

It should be 31/3 per cups pound of flour. 62/3 cups for 2 pounds.

Hi Ms. Rosie, how much salt do you use?

Hi. I always suggest adding the salt to the water according to your taste. It takes the guessing out of the equation.
