Just rented one of these to drive from Michigan to Arizona and I Loved It! The only down side was not being able to charge the system while using AC on Low... but when we swapped the settings to automatic it fixed the issue. And we couldn't figure out how to make the outlets function correctly. But it practically drove itself. Definitely worth the $2,600 we spent to drive her across country on our 8 night trip. Toilet was easy to empty but the indoor shower is kinda a joke, but ours had a outdoor shower hook up that we didn't have to use cuz we just stopped at State Parks to shower. Over all it was perfect for our family trip. However more storage would have been useful, but then again it came fully stocked with supplies.

Do NOT drive in Tulum, Mexico. When I rented a scooter I thought I’d be able to get around and avoid the INSANE taxi mafia who charge $20+ for 2min drives… HOWEVER be prepared to be stopped by the police and be bribed for money at least once a day… Today was the fourth time they have pulled me (this time because my tail light stopped working, which is the rental company’s fault). Then out of nowhere they insisted that I had been drinking… i was sober… But all of a sudden! They said I could go to the ATM and withdraw 4000 paso’s ($220) and the problem would go away… They watched me from a far go to the atm I got out 2000 paso’s ($110) then followed me down the road and stopped me in a dark alley. I then said it’s all the money I had, they looked disappointed and gave my license and told me to fuck off. Tulum is just a massive SCAM, either pay the taxi mafia $20 to up to $75 for 10min drives from the beach, or rent a scooter and get robbed by the police daily. I’d only recommend coming to Tulum or Cancun if you’re staying in resorts and not leaving. Do NOT drive in Tulum, Mexico.

This video is gorgeous and informative. But uts 6 yrs old and from what I understand some parks of TT have scaled back some amenities (like stores) at sites. This one looks to have a great laundry facility tho. Hopefully the pool is still available. As a 3 yr past resident of Pacifica u need to know that "summer" really comes in early Fall over there. U will enjoy cool temps in Summer and the relief of the cold fog is there most of Summer, so if ur from the CA Valley or AZ, it is heaven.

Do you have a link or more info on those tire valve stem caps that read the pressure? Do they actually read/display the PSI or just change color - green, yellow, red? It looks like in the video they actually show a psi... 65...

We have had ours a little over 2 years and love them. You clearly did not read the instructions, that came with the pad, as you didn't open all the inflation ports and you didn't use the deflation adjustment nipple to let air out slowly. I did look at several videos before purchasing and never had a problem getting them back in the stuff sacks. Maybe the best thing about these is that they pack down to about 2/3 the size of similar pads, like the Exped 10. All 3 valves are supposed to be open, when deflating. I recommend doing four folds, not a roll, on the deflation cycle, then close the outside two valves completely. That leaves just the center, one way valve open, so no air gets back in, then do a tight roll ,pushing on the roll with your knees and hands frequently, as you go.
