Dricus might not have the cleanest technique, but he is very powerful and has epic fight IQ and his contitioning is fueled by raw willpower . All in all thats enough to beat someone with clean technique but less on all the other factors

I am a South African who likes to see DDP win. However, about almost two weeks ago I had a dream that there will be a rematch between DDP vs Sean Strickland and I saw the score being 3-0 for Strickland and Strickland was standing upright and DDP was on the ground. If I remember correctly, DDP was knocked out and laid there unconscious. I think this was the 4th round since the scoreboard already said 3-0. This was a distressing dream. I like to see DDP win. But the thing is, I didn't follow the UFC for quite a long while (month/s). So this dream was completely random and unexpected. It was also surrounded by other dreams that I don't remember at all in contrast to this one. This one was different. I also think it was a little more high resolution than my normal dreams. Maybe it was just a dream. I wouldn't want to see DDP lose and he deserved his win last year
