Thank you! We are under a boil water advisory and being told to boil our water that we use for washing dishes. They are saying to boil for 2 minutes.

You didn't mention that summer storms with torrential rains that overrun our combined storm water and sewage system leads to beach shutdowns because of e coli. it's safe to say that after these torrential rains the beaches will be shut down 5 days or more. While progress has been made in permitting of new construction not to have a combined storm water and sewage system. Michigan has a long way to go in updating and correcting legacy systems.
