This video was six years ago and im not sure if you’ll still reply to comments here, but just in case i wanted to ask if i still need to prime/prep my bible if its genuine leather and/or softbound? Or can i just go straight to the acrylics? I also bought an old leather bible that has sticky residue from a sticker cover, do you know how i could fix it before painting?

New to making "junk" journals from household items and this tutorial is pure gold!

I can't help but wondering how the back of the page looks since you used water, it has to bleed through, I would think.. Is the same picture of the other side as well??? Anyone know, or have done this and can enlighten us. It is very pretty and would like to try it..

I thought the bubbling on the back of the book was intentional. I’m from the scrapbooking world, and new to your channel, and we pay big money to get things embossed like that. It looks like it is embossed and it’s beautiful! I don’t know anything about the lamp you’re speaking of, but I would love to be able to do that, especially to a hardback book but even paper. I love your work and I’m trying to get ideas to begin my own prayers/junk journal. Can’t wait to watch more of your videos.❤
