Wasnt the problem, the jumper did fine and the batteries were failing anyways. I had to replace them or keep jumping it.

THANK YOU!!!! I've pretty much been a Freightliner guy but the company recently got me a new truck and now I'm in an International LT. Saw that switch, figured maybe it was a feature I didn't have and was just a stock panel. I even tried pressing those lights and wondered why they wouldn't come on. For some reason I just didn't make the connection and try hitting them after flipping that switch up. 🫣 I feel kinda dumb, now. 😆 Hard to believe I used to be a troubleshooter...
