I’ve been carnivore-ish since April. Only meat and fat, but still do heavy cream and cheese. Also. I do the fake sweetener too. I heard someone say, “shoot the alligator closest to the boat.” In the last 2 years I lost 125, but am settled in at 100 down. I started carnivore to stop the slide. I also picked up running this year. I worked for a vender for Walmart, so every night at a Walmart, I run 5k around the perimeter of the lot. I go to onboarding on the 9th. I can’t wait to get back to having a place to run or ruck.

I got orientation later this month, I average 2100-2200 a week home daily. I’m wondering if I will make the same at Walmart. Only leaving my current job cause of management .
